Key Concepts

You may configure the Approval process on all sheets in Ragic. When an approval flow starts, the system automatically emails the approvers, who can approve or reject the request in Ragic, via email, or through the mobile app. You can also set up rules for the approval flow, such as only routing to the general manager when the order amount exceeds $50,000.

Ragic supports two modes for setting up approvers at each stage:

Adding Approvers in This Step: The request is approved only once everyone assigned in this step approves it.

Setting a Threshold for Approval: The request is approved once a set number of assigned approvers approve it.
