    A common problem organizations face is that different users must access the same data for various reasons. As a result, you may end up creating multiple sheets with similar information presented in different formats for different audiences, and then have to update each sheet whenever changes occur.

    In Ragic, you can use the Multiple Versions functionality to create a duplicate sheet with different access rights.

    For example, the "Employee Information" sheet used by the HR group should contain complete and detailed information. However, you could create a different version of this sheet, such as a "Phone Book," which only displays general contact information and excludes personal details like educational background, work experience, address, and salary.
