How Does the Partner Template Work?

Apart from Ragic's templates, we now offer partner templates developed by our industry-expert partners. You can navigate to the "Business Application" section in the Install Templates to find them. Here is how those templates work:

Note: The On-premises Plan does not support installing or using the Partner Template.

Free-trial

Upon installation, you will receive a 30-day free trial for these partner templates, similar to Ragic's templates. During the trial period, we encourage you to reach out to our partners for any questions or additional customization needs. They are available to tailor the templates to your specific requirements. Purchasing License

After the trial period ends, please get in touch with the partner to make payment and get the authorization code. Pricing, the purchase process, and payment methods for the partner template are determined by the partner, and Ragic is not involved in this process.

Besides, please note that while using a partner's paid template, your Ragic database must maintain a professional subscription or above. The professional subscription applies to all users in the database, regardless of whether they use the partner templates.

Changing, Renewing, or Terminating a License

To change, renew, or terminate your license for a partner template, please contact the partner for assistance. Changing, renewing, or terminating a partner template license will not affect the custom sheets you have created in your database.

Please note that once the license is terminated, you will lose access to the partner template sheets and can't view the data stored in them. Be sure to export your data as a backup beforehand.

After terminating a partner template license, you can also cancel your Ragic database subscription or downgrade to another plan as needed.
