Manual Payment Instructions for Purchasing a License

In addition to credit card payments, you can pay for your Ragic license via bank transfer.

How Do I Pay by Bank Transfer?

Please email sales@ragic.com with the following information:

• Company Name

• Contact Email

• Subscription Plan

• Number of Users

• The URL of your Ragic database account

We will provide a quotation in USD. After receiving the quotation, please proceed with the bank transfer.

After transferring, email sales@ragic.com with the transfer date, bank info, and proof of payment, such as a payment slip or bank confirmation.

What Should I Know Before Choosing Manual Payment?

1. Only available for annual subscriptions, paid upfront.

2. No refunds for reductions in users, downgrades, or cancellations during the subscription period.

3. For more flexibility, we recommend using online credit card payments, which automatically update your payment based on the number of users you have. Learn how to manage your subscription and pay online here.

What Happens If I Need to Add More Users Later?

If you need to add users, the fee will be prorated based on the remaining months in your annual term.

Example:

If you initially purchased a 1-year Professional Plan for 5 users (valid from 2018/03/21 to 2019/03/20), and wish to add 3 users on 2018/09/01, you may choose:

1. Immediate Activation: Pay for 7 months (2018/09/01 – 2019/03/20). The 3 users will be activated immediately on 2018/09/01.

2. Deferred Activation: Pay for 6 months (2018/09/21 – 2019/03/20). The 3 users will be activated on 2018/09/21.
